All registered participants will be notified about new date of the MOTIVA workshop and further steps by the email on September 25.

Once sent, the form can be saved or printed. You will receive a binding registration confirmation within 3 working days of registration receipt at the latest with payment information at your entered e-mail address.

Ordered entry to the social evening on 20.5.2021 (20.00 – 22.00)
The social evening must be booked separately upon registration.

Cancellation of participation and services must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be confirmed to you in writing.
REFUND OF FEES
Cancellation within the fee-free deadline – a one-time administration fee of € 10 will be deducted from your payment, that will be refunded to your account.
Cancellation after the fee-free deadline – after the deduction of the cancellation fees the remaining amount will be refunded to the account from which your payment was made.
